Raw food and bulky/heavy kibble items: delivery is available within the GTA only. Other regular items: delivery availability and rates will be shown at checkout based on your address. Returns and Availability
Return policy
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. For food items, at least 50% of the product must remain in the original bag to be eligible for a return. Raw food is non-refundable. Toys and accessories must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Customized items and products discounted by 35% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
